Error "Object reference not set" NPVR not start now

Hi Sorry but I'm getting the "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" .net error before NPVR starts. When I hit continue the error keeps popping up. NPVR will not start and I have to use the task manager to end it. I have re-installed .net 4 and that didn't do anything. I have unistalled and reinstalled NPVR but no change.
Note: Before I made a change (I think it was trying to change the skin, I forget) everything worked fine.

I am running win7 64 Ultimate
NPVR 3.1.1

Yes, you've messed up the skin setting (to point to TV Listings?). Edit config.xml at the top to

<Skin>Default</Skin>

Looks like you also have the VolumeOSD plugin, which hasn't been revised since February 2011 and is causing error messages of its own in your 3.1.1 log. I would suggest uninstalling that.
