Two days of 'Device Failed to Start'
What Happened? Logs attached.

Hey stoenjes,

if you would have described more about your problem, i think more answers had been given! ;-).

I had this problem, as it seems. I had to uninstall the drivers for my card, restart the system, install the drivers again, restart.
After it and only exaclty after this procedure it worked.

There is no solid reason why it failed to start, but I can see a few occurrences. Most likely reasons are the device being in-use in another app, or the drivers have suffered a error. From NextPVR's perspective, everything looks fine when hooking it up, but when it asks the device to start, it returns a failure.
