Hauppauge DCR-2650 Tuner light comes on then goes off and screen goes blank

Thank you sub. Excuse me but I'm confused at what your comment means.

My system actually has 5 tuners. The original is a K-World USB stick that shows up as BDA. It is connected to an antenna for OTA broadcasts.
I later bought a Silicondust HD Homerun Prime 2 tuner device which is network connected and is also using an antenna for OTA.
I wanted to try cable, so I bought the Hauppauge, which for some reason also shows up as HDHR Prime.

It is just a HDHR Prime device, manufactured by SiliconDust.
