I Need Two Files Help Me??.net

I am going to try using asp.net and install visual studion.net on my xp home edition, this can be done replaceing some files in windows\INF\SYSOC.INF

The Two files NEEDED are

1. iis.dl_
2. iis.in_

These files are from the win2k advanced server cd. Can anyone attach them for me..

I Will Not hold anyone responible for me screwing up if i Do. Can anyone help, or Know of Anyway?

You don't need to get the files from an Advanced Server CD, they also should be on your WinXp Home CD since they are part of the basic IIS installation. Unfortunately IIS is not installed by default. To install it go to 'Add or Remove Progams' in the Control Panel and select 'Add/Remove Windows Components' on the left. Select 'Internet Information Services (IIS)' (or a equivalent like 'Personal Web Service') and press OK to extend your installation.

Wow :eek: , it looks you've made a real mess of your installation :confused:

Maybe the best start is to reinstall your operating system. You might try to install it over the current version, but a fresh install is usually much better....
