Unable to connect to Schedules Direct message

When configuring the latest release with my Prime tuner and managing the lineups, I entered my zip code and when trying the 'Find Lineups', I get the message, "Unable to connect to Schedules Direct". I tried on a laptop and on another system and got the same message. Same problem on W8.1 and W10. One system was already configured weeks ago with no problem before the upgrade to 3.5.7.
I'm having no problems with my network, internet or firewalls and no changes have been made to my system other than updating to 3.5.7. Any ideas?

The service is offline at the moment for database maintenance; the grabber should be seeing something like the following:

Unfortunately some of these sorts of things are only logged, and not directly reported back to the user.

as of 9:15am EST 9/1 I'm manually updating my EPG guide data but it is extremely slow, no doubt they are still working on their maintenance

No - the maintenance ended about an hour after I posted. Can you let me know what's slow so that I can see what's happening? Also, I'll need your Schedules Direct username (send it to me in a private message) so that I can turn on debugging for your account.
