Are you sure you have the ScheduleDirect username and password entered correctly?

Can you check your config.xml file and insure these fields have values:
Code:
<SchedulesDirectUsername>xxxxxxxxx</SchedulesDirectUsername>
<SchedulesDirectPassword>xxxxxxxxxx</SchedulesDirectPassword>

Yes, they both do, although it looks like they're both encrypted. What could be stripping them out?

I tried again, and again it failed. I've tried reseting the tuner by unplugging the power cord for about 15 seconds, and that had no effect. Tha ATSC/DVB EPG didn't seem to work either. The XML file you told me to check still has my username and password, both apparently encrypted, in the appropriate places What else can I check?

If you can PM me a download link to your config.xml, I'll check what the SD username and password is stored is, and whether I can connect using them.

I'm not quite sure how to do that. Instead, I put the file you requested into a zip folder, which I've attached.

Your config file is working fine here. This makes me think firewall or antivirus or something getting in the way on your machine.

After switching to an HDHomeRun PRIME due to support issues, I tried setting up NextPVR again--and I STILL couldn't get the bulk mapping function to work! When I learned that the cableCARD that Comcast supplied is basically a one-way device, I began to wonder if that might not be the problem, or at least part of it. I finally wound up doing the mapping manually, just to get it over with. Any further comments?

Given the problem was never anything to do with your tuner, I'm not surprised that changing the tuner didn't make any difference. Your problem was always something to do with the communication between you and Schedules Direct.

What I was wondering was if the M-card might be messing up the dialog between me and Schedules Direct in some fashion, since it's a one-way device. In any event,I did finally get the mapping accomplished, and I hope to get underway recording programs in the next day or so.
