Another Unable to start device - Device failed to start

Hi,

I'm running Windows 10 - 64 bit, using Digital Devices C2/T2 v7. The idea is to use the DVB-C tuner.
In the DD-control center, I deactivated the WMC DVB-C tuner and the DVB-T tuner.

For some reason it fails to scan the device. In the log I can see
ConnectPins failed: hr = [number]
Failed to connect capture -> ts monitor

Alas I have no idea what this means or what I can do to fix this.
In attachment you can find the log and the filter check.

Can somebody please help me ?

At the top of the device settings, do you have the "CI/CAM" setting set to 'None' or something else?

I tried both, but none works.

Since I have a Digital Devices "Octopus Twin CI" PCI-e card, I set this to "Common Interface H/W".

I should let you know in advance, that the CI is not supported on this device.
