Unable to Record Programs with Unicode Characters

Hello,

I'm having problems with some recordings and after some quick investigation I saw that I'm not able to record programs with Unicode characters on it's name.

If a program is like Moto Gp it records fine. If it's called "Ã prova de tudo" it just create the folder but no files.

In the log it shows:
