AutoRemoveMissingRecordings parameter - When?

AutoRemoveMissingRecordings parameter in the config file is set to true.

What triggers this action and when is this action performed? Does this action perform the eaxct same function as if if used the Delete button under the Recording menu?

When set to "True" ... NextPVR will remove recordings from the database if the recording file is missing from the disk.

This allows you to delete a bunch of recording files (.ts files) and allow NerxtPVR to delete the record of the recordings from the database.

See also "NoRemoveWhenTreeMissing* ... When True ... NextPVR will not delete missing recordings if the recording folder is missing. This prevents deletion from the database if, for example, a recording folder on an external drive or NAS is disconnected or not switched on.
