Problem after viewing live-tv

Hi, i'm on a Win7 64Bit machine with a Kodi & NextPVR installation.
Since some time (i can't pinpoint the exact time when it started), i have the problem,
that the machine doesn't stop the Live-tv Stream and buffers and buffers, even if Kodi was closed hours ago.
And because NextPvr thinks that Live TV should be still streaming the pc won't sleep.

As far as i remeber, i stopped the live tv everytime through the stop button on the remote
and then let the pc stand for a later programmed recording.

I have three logs which i will add down below.
Sorry that i can't reproduce the problem exactly.

I had a similar problem late last night about 11pm. Noticed the recording drive, which also handles buffering live TV, was almost full. The tuner status showed a tuner outputting channel 1031 (DSC). A restart solved the problem and I'm still not sure exactly which machine was holding the tuner.

My setup is as follows -
Two HDHR prime cablecard boxes (6 tuners)
NextPVR is a stand alone Win7 64 bit machine and only records and serves up live TV. (not hooked to any TV etc)
Four Raspberry Pi2s (OSMC) attached to TVs around the house that are used for live TV though the Kodi NextPVR addon as well as viewing recorded TV shows & movies.
Old Linux box in the garage (man cave) which is mostly for live TV.

After discovering the tuner was in use I rebooted all the RP2s and the linux box. That didn't fix the problem so I finally rebooted the Win7 machine with NextPVR which fixed it. I'm suspecting the linux box my have been the culprit as it's the only one I recall tuning to 1031 yesterday but I can't definitively prove it.

Not sure if my logs will help but I've attached them just in case.

Instead of rebooting the whole win7 machine you could have restarted the npvr recording service, thats what helped me, till the next Live-tv.
I changed the setting, as Martin suggested and i'm now testing if it worked as expected (as a workaround).

edit: corrected reporting -> rebooting.

So, for today, or better last night, i can say the fix that Martin suggested (turning Timeshift off in the next-pvr addin for Kodi) seemed to be a functional workaround.
So let's hope that Sub can correct this, so that we can all use timeshift again.
