Not Detecting my Toshiba Device

Hi, I have just upgraded my Toshiba Qosmio PC to Windows 10. I previously used Media Centre and was able to watch local television stations on the computer as the computer has a built in tuner. I have loaded Nextpvr and Kobi to be able to do the same as before. When I ask Nextpvr to detect devices nothing comes up. Can anyone suggest what Ineed to do. Thanks

There appear to be a lot of different models of Toshiba Qosmio ... Can you tell us which model you have ... It would help if you can say which tuner is installed.

There may be something in the NextPVR logs ... Settings --> About has a button that will zip the logs for you so that you can attach the logs to a post in the forum. Thanks.
