Recording to Network Share Not Working in 3.8.3

I had this working in 3.7.7 but now when I try to record to my network share, it doesn't create the file. It will work fine on a local drive, but not on the network share.

I've gone to Services and had the NPVR service use the credentials of an account that has access to that share, but it won't record. Are there any other steps to get this to work?

So I did a complete uninstall of 3.8.3 and reinstalled 3.7.7 but unfortunately this did not resolve my issue. It still doesn't work which leads me to believe that the Windows 10 update that happened around the same time caused some sort of issue but I'm not sure how to troubleshoot.

Microsoft released an update today - KB3194496 - which "might" have an impact on this.
