Updated to 3.8.3 today and lost most of my gui options

I updated today and now i can't access my guide, search, recordings, and the rest. All I have now is, Live Tv, DVD, and Exit.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled with no improvement

I've attached my logs and a screenshot.

Go to the Settings->Plugins screen, and make sure the various screens are ticked. It sounds like you only have those three options ticked.
