I could really do with some help!
Im using NPVR v4 in Kodi 18 and wasn't having any issues with live tv reception in my old house.
I moved about an hour away to my new house a week ago, scanned for the new channel frequencies and got most of them (I've double checked they are correct) but I'm rarely able to watch any channels in Kodi or in NPVR itself- I just a blank screen. 

I've tried re-scanning several times and ended up totally reinstalling NPVR and Kodi add-on but the problem persists.
I also tried scanning channels just through the antenna to back of TV and the TV picks them all up so that kinda confirms the signal is probably ok.

Occasionally a random channel or two will work but others won't. 
So I got the point of calling an antenna guy around just to make sure it's not a signal issue. But this morning, after 3 days, all channels were working perfectly so I cancelled. Now a few hours later, I've got no channels working.

I've attached logs in case anyone may be able to help diagnose before I get the antenna guy to come. 
The NPVR log does show signal as -20 for some channels....is that actually saying I've got no signal for that frequency?

The be honest, it's just sounding like bad reception. Have you used the TV tuner in any other software? I'm guessing it'll have similar problems there.

Thats kinda what I'm thinking although, where we are living now I would've thought it should be better than where we were. We're in a bigger town now with the tower up on a huge mountain. So is that what the logs are saying?

I didn't try it with any other software because I figured if I can't get channels in NPVR stand-alone, then I won't get them.
Best get the antenna bloke to test my signal so I can confirm....then I have no idea what to do.

Also, not sure if its related but a lot of the guide data is showing for the wrong channel. This is also a new one since moving into this house.

To be honest, it's very hard to tell. Different manufacturers use different scales for signal info in their drivers, and some don't even provide signal information (instead returning dummy/default values)...so this maybe telling us there is bad signal, or it might not be telling us anything at all:
