Cant Login to web server from outside

Hello , I am trying to login from the internet " outside of local Network " to web server but I cant login , I can reach the web page of the server but in login page when i am using the username and the password that I set the error return " Invalid User Name or Password "

Did any one has the same problem?

Unfortunately after few hours search i did not find anything relative with this problem.
