Bought a new 65" 4K TV. NPVR now has chunky fonts and blurry playback. It looks like 640x480 upscaled to HD. Windows itself looks great at 1920x1080. The UI is set at 1920x1080 on the general settings page. What's wrong with this picture?

I get full crisp 4k UI on my set when set to auto, not 1920x1080. Jury still out on latest version, but running in 4k ui caused intermittent directx errors in previous version.

My windows desktop resolution is 4k, so if you are running Windows at 1080, I can't think the npvr ui would ever be higher than that?

Last thing... disable scaling for Npvr.exe in properties, too.

You da man!
Setting the resolution to auto in NPVR settings got rid of the blockiness of the fonts but they were still soft focus. Going to NextPVR.exe, right clicking and choosing the Compatibility tab and checking "Override high DPI scaling behavior: scaling performed by: Application" made it nice and crisp again.

Thanks for the help!
