Some channels are not appearing in nPVR but able to see all in HDR webpage

I just called Comcast last night to upgrade more channels like NBA TV, ASPIRE channel etc something like that so somehow I went to rescan with HDR webpage to get all channels then rescan with nPVR but somehow I get half of channels are not showing at all. so here's zip of "lineup.xml" for you to take a look since nPVR doesn't like new channels when I am attempting to rescan and it take forever to get new channels it wasn't like that I usually get quick scan with nPVR so this time I get scanning and LOCK scanning something like that I just never seen it before it work when I am on Digital Preferred so now I am on X1 Premier Starter package with Comcast.

If these new channels aren't in the lineup.xml reported by the HDHR, then the problem is in the HDHR side of things. NextPVR has to trust the lineup.xml is the list of available channels.

I'm not really sure how you force an HDHR Prime to reload it's channel list. Have you tried power cycling the device, or running the HDHR Setup utility to look for options to rescan?

Go to the Channel Lineup page of the HDHR web pages and click "Detect Channels" to get it to update its list of available channels.

Yeah I did it show all up to near 2,000 so far I have "534 channels" in hdhomerun but I have total "508 channels" in NextPVR so that's why I am trying to figure why NextPVR didn't have channels that past 999 channels? sorry I respond back late. Still have issue with no all channels show in NextPVR which is same with Kodi. Before I added more channels it was all channels so after that I only see under 999 channels in lineup.

Yeah I did use HDHR Setup utility it show all channels but not with NextPVR it is really weird after I called my provider to get more channels and I never seen this scan before is it normal? the one u waiting for too long and scanning be like irc, qam or something like that which is complete in like up to 20 mins but before i added that new package it was just complete under 1 min so everytime I rescan with nextpvr i ended up waiting for up to 20 mins or so. like 2 Split kind of scanner "SCANNING" in left side and "LOCK" in right side interface. so I never seen that before so that made me feel like wanna uninstall everything, Kodi, NextPVR and HDHR and leftovers with Revo Uninstaller Pro then restart PC then re-install all programs to see if it working properly next time or it has to do with DWS (Destroy Windows Spying) that affect some changes?

It has been my experience that NextPVR will not show channels with the DRM tag, but HDHR will show them all. NextPVR does not allow playback of DRM channels so it doesn't include them in its listings. To check - go to the HDHR webpage, under the Channel Lineup" page and verify that the channels that npvr isn't seeing have or doesn't have the drm label next the subject channel.

Yeah but I have like 2 HD channels and 1 SD channel HD is like 600-something channel and other HD is 1000-something so far I don't see "second HD" that I suppose to get 2nd HD yeah I know about DRM that won't be appeared in NextPVR so that is shown only under 1,000 but HDHR shown more than 1,0000 so let me count how many DRM in lineup but it should be more than that. I have to call my provider to see what happened to channels with 1,000-something that I don' see in NextPVR but HDHR does but some DRM not shown so that mean I should see it in NextPVR. I am with Comcast on Premier Preferred package, I think?

Are the channels missing in NextPVR, but included in the list you get from:

http://<ipaddress>/lineup.xml?show=unprotected

It's not entirely clear from your description of the problem.

Alright I guess there aren't any problem in it so I might have to call my provider to see why I didn't get 1000-something in lineup after I upgraded to package where I get ASPIRE, NBA TV but I was suppose to get that so hopefully someone will see why 1000-something in previous package like based that usually get 1 SD and 2 HD. so far I get 1 SD and 1 HD but need one HD so sorry to both y'all if NextPVR isn't problem.
