I have my recurring programs setup. Currently I want to change my post padding minutes on all the recurring programs I already have.

I've changed the padding minutes in /settings/recording but it didn't affect my current recurring programs only new recordings.

Is there are way to automatically do it or am I going to have to export my recurring and import after I manually change the padding minutes in the xml? Also, if I have to do it that way am I going to need to delete my recurrings before I import the xml?

<If they should have changed after I changed my padding minutes in settings let me know and I will upload my logs>

If you haven't broken it at least once, you're not doing it right.

If you run "nextpvr.exe -recurring" does it update your recordings to the correct padding?

sub, No, running "nextpvr.exe -recurring" didn't fix the padding.

The new padding is 3 pre and 3 post.

I've attached the logs, recording section of the config.xml file and recurring-backup.xml, exported after I ran "nextpvr.exe -recurring"

Note, this is on a test/backup machine. USB WinTV-HVR-955Q, Windows 10 Pro version 1709, build 16299.214

Ah, sorry - my skim reading let me down.

There is no easy way to update all the existing recurrings you've already created. The default padding options are used as a template when creating a new recurring. After that you need to maintain them in the recurring itself.

Thanks sub.

BTW, I have that reading skim problem too. Wink
