How do i navigate to watch and record.

Can you view the TV Guide and set recordings and watch recordings on the screen of the Andoid device?

Can you cast the screen of the Android device to the Chromecast?  Thanks.

Maybe what I read was from the app store, i guess it does work, no problem happy to have paid you something, as the system is great.

I was using the app on a Chromecast with Google TV, I think the remote does not suit the app, not enough buttons. I assume the app is suited to a touch screen.

Instead I have modified my setup, I am now running NEXTPVT on a windows machine, and using the addon in KODI, seems to be working fine there.
Now that I have it working, I will have a play round with your App on the Chromecast, it works on my phone, so I assume it may be I need a better remote.

What is the best platform to run the NEXTPVR on, Windows or Linux?

NextPVR Server is the same on Linux and Windows ... You pays your money (or not) and you takes your choice ...
