Error When Starting NPVR Sevice

I keep getting an error when trying to start service. See below. I have tried reinstalling to no avail. Was working before and just started doing this. Have also attached logs when I last tried.

It might be related to this:

2018-11-28 12:30:28.359 [DEBUG][4] Unexpected error copying web references: System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path 'C:\Users\Public\NPVR\web\bin\NShared.dll' is denied.

Normally NextPVR would have the permissions to write to this directory. It looks like you've changed your permissions, or have some firewall/antivirus software blocking this action?

Thanks turns out I had Malwarebytes running it was the problem.

Great. I suspected it'd be something like that, but it's also hard to know for sure.
