All in one tweak/settings file

For power-users who like to change settings, and as a place to put options (or keep old features/options), it would probably make it easier on both ends if they were all in a settings.ini file of some kind (taking any exisiting ones out of config, eg, the "esc to exit" option).

This way they would be in an easy to view list, there would be less chance of messging up something used for general funcitonality, and it would never be so long a list you couldn't just tell someone what to change and they could find w/o hand-holding.

I recommend people use the config app to edit any settings they need to change. Things like "esc to exit" weren't intended for you guys, so there are no options in the config app.
