UpdateEPG.bat not running

I've noticed for the past few weeks my GUIDE isn't being updated automatically.
It appears to me that updateEPG.bat isn't being executed during my auto-scheduled morning update.
If I click on the update button in the settings screen it works.

What would I look for in the log files to try to solve the problem?
I searched for "updateEPG" but nothing is found.
I'd like to try to troubleshoot the problem myself.

It will be running it. Every time we've seen a report of this in the past, it's been whatever the user is running in UpdateEPG.bat that has been at fault. (often due to assumptions about current directory, or expecting to run as the users account rather than a system account)

If you want to post the nrecord.log, I can confirm it's being run.
