Have you setup port forwarding in your router? That is, have you told your router to send all traffic that arrives from the Internet on port 8866 to the IP address of your NextPVR server?

Got it working on Phone and tablet. 2 phones and one shield tv dont output sound.. what settings do I need to use? I have tried several decoders

The decoder settings in NextPVR are only used when you're watching in NextPVR.exe on your PC. When you use the Android app, the decoders on the device are used. Does it work with directplay disabled? If so, it likely means your device doesn't natively support the audio codec coming from your capture device.
