Wow, yes that seems to have fixed it. Something so simple!
I thought that would have been enough, but there seems to be a slight difference in the way the C# and C++ code are handling that hashing a string with that character.

Well I can just leave them without it, I will keep a copy of NPVRTSMon.ax backed up just in case.
