Feature request: Add a selectable guide in the Player screen

Hi,

I am wondering if it will be possible to add a selectable guide in the Player screen so I can switch channels without going to the Guide screen. Basically I want it to work like Sling / Youtube TV. See attached screenshot for my idea.

I've got it going for the next release. I've just got to play around a bit with what it looks like.

Looking forward to this too I use this on often enough and returning to to top on the list and avoiding scrolling down to watch the same station after a stop will be appreciated.

Why not just over lay the Guide on top video

It's no very straight forward to do this with a web app.

Or toss small windows over into corner then display guide that way and want get to video just click on running video to return to full screen mode or by channel change
