XMLTV Guide Offset?

USA observes Daylight Saving Time a couple of weeks prior to the UK.
Is there a built in way to offset an XMLTV guide by an hour during this window?

You shouldn't need to worry about that since, assuming you are getting the shows via IPTV, they will also be broadcast at DST.
