Wrong channel numbers + fix

I'm not sure if anything can be done about this issue in the backend without slowing down scans for other tuners (v4 had the same issue with my hardware).
Using a HDHomeRun CONNECT DUO, Model: HDHR5-2DT the channel numbers are usually different each time I do a scan (running DVBT mode).
Increasing the:
<ScanCollectionMS>3000</ScanCollectionMS>

Value fixes it (I doubled it to 6000). Increasing the ScanDropTime had no effect in v5.

Seems I spoke to soon. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.
I'm not too sure whats happening.
I have increased both ScanCollectionMS and ScanDropTime to 7000 and 4000 respectively and it still seems to occur randomly (Restarting nextpvr after each config change).
I have attached a log file from the latest incorrect scan.
