Resume/Restart window remains visible

Hi,
Yesterday I installed 91.12b. It works fine. The only thing is that the resume/restart window is not removed. It does go away when the OSD is off (after several seconds) but when I press the blue button to see the timebar, the window is also visible.

On the pvr350 tv-out that is.

I've seen this some time ago (a month or two perhaps) on a previous version. My wife actually pointed it out to me - it was a recording she'd watched some of already and when she used Resume, the playback resumed from where she'd left off but the transparent overlay and the resume/restart buttons stayed on the screen. She then tried stopping then playing and choosing Restart but as soon as she hit FF to get to where she wanted, the overlay and resume/restart buttons came up again and didn't go away when she hit play on the remote. In the end she had to watch the recording from the beginning again.

This was using the MVP and was only one (possibly two) recordings and we've never seen it since. Bizarre.

This bug shows on the PVR 350 TV out only and was introduced 2 or 3 releases ago. We are waiting for Sub to get his PVR-350 card back and have a look at this.

Stopping and starting GB-PVR resets this until the next time a resume window is being displayed.
