Hopefully I have searched thoroughly enough before asking...

Is there a way to send a command to the device I am recording from a few seconds after I manually stop a video or a recording stops?

I think I can do it in postprocessing.bat but I have two tuners and am trying to figure out how to send the command to the specific device that has either just finished recording, or showing live tv.

Is there a place to run a stopping executable of sorts on a device specific basis?

No, there isn't anything like this other than coming up with some custom logic in PostProcessing.bat

Not really. If you modify your extra to use curl when NextPVR cleanly stops streaming the script will continue after the curl command.
