streaming failed - transcoder exited

Hello,

Just installed nextpvr with windows10. I was able to watch tv using windows media center before I upgraded to windows 10 from windows 7.
Nextpvr has recognize the (tuner) device on my pc and was able to add channels. When I try to watch a channel it gives me an error "Streaming failed" - transcoder exiting.

Often after a first time setup with scan I have seen situations where you need to restart the NextPVR service or even reboot.

Also always start test with CPU transcoding and when that work (or is too slow but it starts) then try HW transcoding.
