Thanks all for help with this problem, I seem to have fixed the problem, still get the powercfg -waketimers Error running as Admin so I can't see the Timer event unfortunately!
I took Grahams advice and reset the EPG automatic update time to 06:55 but after resetting the time in Misc 2 I shut down and restarted the NPVR Recording Service, I may be wrong but this appears to reset the change of time in Windows wake timers!!
Whatever it wrote a new XMLTV .xml file at 07:03 so it worked for 06:55 as seen in Event Viewer.
I'll try the same procedure and go back to 07:00 for tomorrow..
