The tuners were already frozen, House wasn't the issue. I suspect The.Big.Bang.Theory.S10E06.The.Fetal.Kick.Catalyst.ts won't play.

That file does play, but I checked the time stamp and it's 11-16-2020 @ 9:32pm, not sure if that's the same recording attempt you are looking at in the logs.

That's what I figured, that tuner was broken for a few days. You were working on one tuner until your next back-to-back situation caused them both to show as failing.
