Multiple recordings of the same program

First of all, NextPVR is awesome. I have it working with my Hauppauge Colossus 2 card capturing from a cable set top box. My only problem is that for some recurrent recordings, it captures multiple copies of the same program. Please take a look at the attached screen capture of upcoming recordings:

I checked the configuration of my recurrent scheduled recordings and it seems ok to me (again attached):


Is there something in the program guide that causes NextPVR to record the same program multiple times?

Can you look in NextPVR.exe to see if those are actually conflict recordings?

I do have conflicts (see attached). But the conflicts don't seem to line up with the multiple recordings (conflicts are showing 6-630am times whereas multiple recordings were done at midnight-early morning). Looking at recent recordings, it shows all of the recordings, alternating with entries with "Conflict Alternative Airing" label (screen grab attached), if that helps...

The conflict is causing the problem since NextPVR is not deleting the conflicts as the new rule runs and I guess you don't have avoid duplicates (or your guide data has bad duplicate detection.

Sub probably needs to look at it and you should look at your scheduling to see if you can avoid so many conflicts.

My recording configuration are mostly standing requests. I don't mind having to delete a program that is recorded two or three times because it is rebroadcast multiple times over a few days but recording the same program 14 times smells like a bug to me... If there is a conflict between two programs at the same time then so be it, I let the scheduler do its job and pick one. I have enabled "Avoid duplicates" and will see if it helps.
