With V4 I used a program called ccextractorwin to develop srt closed captions.  I now gather that unfortunately with v5, the recordings are stored online and I cannot see an easy way to process them. Is there a way to get srt closed captions.  I tried downloading the show but was told that that is not available.  Even if I were to make the srt files, where would I put them?

v5 stores recordings on the server exactly like v4. The difference is that with v4 the server had to run Windows, but with v5 the server can be Windows, MacOS, linux, docker, etc. (It is possible to use a network storage location rather than local drive on the server, but that is not recommended.)

With v5, you can still use a PostProcessing script file to run ccextractor to generate srt files if you want just like with v4.

They are on my hard drive. I got confused because they were putting the recordings in season folders. Turned that off. I actually have a task that runs over night. I use PostProcessing for Comskip and was not sure about conflicts. Sorry about that. Thank you
