Time Shift Computation Error

First, let me say that when time shifting is working properly, it's a dream come true. However, I've noticed that the Kodi client consistently computes an incorrect timeshift amount under certain conditions when a program is 1 hour in length or greater. 

For example, if real time is at 40 minutes or 1 hour and 40 minutes and you want to time shift in reverse to get to the nearest 30 minute mark, it will compute a time shift value that takes it back to the beginning of the record buffer for the current TV show. Also when that happens, the screen freezes instead of playing from the new, erroneous time shift location.

As I've indicated, this appears to be a consistent behavior.

OS: Windows 10
V5 version: 5.1.2.219603
V5 server is set for 120 minutes.

Kodi addon version: 8.2.3.1
Kodi OS: LibreELEC version 19.1.0

I will try to get you a set of clean log files as soon as I can.

I will look but since you persist in using the wrong sub-forum for Kodi issues, I won't look here.

Note that from the addon's perspective, it knows nothing about the show start or end times so be prepared with Kodi debug logs and opening an issue on github.
