The Windows installer always downloads the latest version from the website.
Sometimes, regressions happen, such as currently with broken subtitles.
It would be really helpful to have a way to reinstall an older version in such cases.
The easiest way would be to have an offline installer, with the version in the filename.
Until then, it seems restoring the entire OS from backup is the only solution to fix the regression
