On the Settings->Channels page, what is the EPG Source listed as for this channel?
You need to change it to Schedules Direct likely automap isn't working by name, so try automap by identifiers. You can also manually map by the call letters or maybe against PBS World but it is possible that SD doesn't have the channel.

As implied above. You're not actually using Schedules Direct for that channel. You've currently got it set to use the ATSC EPG that is broadcast with the station. They often only transmit a 6 hours or so of listings.
You'd need to remap the channel to use Schedules Direct (and update the epg) to get that 9 days of listings
