Fails to disconnect from tuner!

You would like me to replace DeviceHostWindows.exe in the C:\Program Files\NextPVR folder
Set up a recording to try to recreate this mornings condition

Well I did not have to try to recreate the issue it happened again last night trying to make a scheduled recording.
The Schedule was to record The F1 race on Channel 4 23:35 to 01:05 plus my 15 mins pre and post padding.
I looked in on my PC at 00:15 and it was recording but looking at the system tray status widget and looking at the device status it was recording the same thing on two devices Tuner A#0 and A#1, always a bad sign.
Looked in again about 02:40 PC still running and recording. Fortunately I replaced the DeviceHostWindows.exe file before I had gone to bed, so ran the Create log files. and then restarted the PC. (Everything returned to normal)
Looked this morning the two hour recording is 3:23 long and in the recording folder is the video .ts file, a .xml file, a .map file and a timing.info file.
I have attached the log file, hope you can identify the problem from that.

I do know that when my PC wakes from sleep it is not instant it takes about 40 seconds to fully awake and settle down, could this be the problem?
And if so is there anyway to wake the PC one minute before the scheduled recording time in the config file maybe? (just a thought!)

That is so weird. I'm not really sure how to explain what is happening.

DeviceHostWindows.exe is successfully starting the stream, and returning the result

A minute and a half later, NextPVR's recording service still hasn't received that reply, and times out:

I figure it must be an error on the file system after resume. The first devices reports success but the second devices is able to create exactly the same filename so it can't be open.

Not a lot of logic to this problem!
Last night I recorded two one hour programs programs at 20:00 one on Channel ITV, one on Channel 4
I also recorded three one hour programs at 21:00 one on BBC1, one on ITV and the third on Channel 4.
So for 30 minutes it was recording 5 programs (with per and post padding) and there were problem at all everything worked as it should.
The PC then went to sleep at 22:25 and awoke at 23:20 to record the F1 on Channel 4 and the error occurred.
Today I tried to recreate what happened yesterday midday by recording a 30 minute program on the same channel (Freesports HD) as yesterday on the Sat tuner.
Today it just worked perfectly.
I never had any of these problems with v4 on the same PC with the same hardware and software.
As I said it goes not have a lot of logic to me.
