Issues with video and freezing

Hoping someone might be able to help with a strange issue.

Backend PC Specs:
Intel i7-4770k 3.5ghz
32GB
480GB SSD.
Graphics: Nvidia Geforce GTX 1050TI

NextPVR Settings:
Preferred Streaming Profile:- Default 

AND

Avoid transcoding where possible:- TICKED

AND

Video Encoder:- NVIDIA

Running the current version: 5.2.3.211114

2 x Latest Raspberry PI with 8GB.

ISSUE 1:
Everything seems to work until I switch to on-demand through the tv. (Say watch BBC iplayer OR ITV hub).
I then go back to the PI and the program I was watching before the switch is still at the same place. (Say 10 min into a program).

ISSUE 2:
Pictures freezes and becomes corrupt.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What NextPVR client are you using, it is impossible to guess.

Sorry, Martin was not with the system when I posted.

Client is: 3.3.21.1

Now at least at least I can figure you mean Kodi Leia but still no idea which host (LE, OSMC, Raspbian etc). All that information about video cards and transcoding on the backend is irrelevant for direct play clients. I suggest you post on the host platform support, since my experience is the RPI can have issues when HDMI is not available. I know I can't even boot LE with my monitor off.
