HDPVR2 audio issue with live tv?

I have an issue where some times when I go to a channel live I can see the video but I have no audio at all. The only thing that will fix it is to stop it an restart the channel.  Has anyone else seen this issue and if so is there a fix?

Where would I find the zipped logs?
