How to remove "unavailable" lines from Settings>Devices

I just pulled out an HDHR Flex and put back an HDHR Extend. Things seem fine, except that my Web app Settings > Devices is cluttered by lines from the previous device, for example, "HDHR HDHomeRun NNNNNNNN-0 (unavailable)". How do I get rid of the 12 "unavailable" entries?

Hold the Ctrl key on your keyboard and a 'delete' button will appear on each device.
