Have NPVR 6.1.1.221106 in C:\Temp\NPVR and created a folder C:\Temp\NPVRdata
Created a .bat "NPVRrun.bat" in C:\Temp that has this content:

To start, i run NPVRrun.bat . However, it fails and in the prompt i get:
