failed to start requested stream

I am trying to upgrade from version 4 to 6 using a Ceton Card.

The guide is working, it records, but when I try to play a file I get

failed to start requested stream

Also, I lost all of my recorded shows, but hear there is a nexttool to import them
Can you point me to where to get the tool (hoping you can figure out why it won't play)

It doesn't play because it doesn't look like it recorded anything (size=0) Can you play files from this Ceton Proxy URL on the command line?

"C:\Program Files\NextPVR\Other\ffplay.exe" http://192.168.0.88:5004/tuner0/v4

The v4 example from your logs is trying to play channel 4 some you can test other channels.

It really is a good idea to use the forum search when you want help, since I have to do it when users don't. For NextTool you would have found this https://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php?tid=63897 You want the --copy option documented on the wiki. This is quite an old feature so I haven't tested it for a long time.
