You'll have to talk to the developer of the software decoder about that. I've never looked at it at all.

I had this error with Dscaler5 and it turned out to be because I had enabled SPDIF for DTS/AC3 and MPEG. Just a thought. Disabling encoder pass-through for livetv and using no deinterlacing should "fix" the problem, although obviously you won't have deinterlacing...

I had this same exact error message and I played around with the settings one at a time. When I got to the "Live Preview Mode" settings once I put it to "Encoder Pass-Through" this error went away and I was able to view live TV.

thank you for your help i fixed that error thanks to Nnyan but a new error has occured and i cant make it go away. the error says " failed to communicate with the recording service" what should i do ? i also get this "channel tuning information not known" all these errors dont know what to do. plz help some1
