Not recording errors

tells me no errors but no data delivered.  channel 7 kazt storage wars and americas court with judge ross and channel 61 cw61az friends.  judge ross often shows s00e00 in the file so wont record a 2nd show.  others will have season/episode numbers but still be problematic.

You are getting lots of driver related errors like this

that end up in no signal (no data) but from the start your signal is low in many channels.

I'd reboot the server and see if that helps. You might also just need a rescan.

Martin, do you refer to rescan in hdhomerun config tool?

A few more clues. KAZT has very strong signal levels showing 100% signal strength, 98% signal quality, and 100% symbol quality in hdhomerun config.
CW61AZ not so good with 68,53,100 respectively. Checking again it now shows 80,76,100 so it fluctuates, perhaps that is the problem with that channel but KAZT is always very strong.

I dont really know how to read logs or which ones to read but I did see where sometimes it would show the 0's as Martin posted, but right before or after it would show more as expected.
Finally I did 2 test recordings on the 2 channels in question of different shows and they worked fine.

Being strong is not necessarily good, it could indicate a booster or cell tower interference. Yes typically there will be two readings but the second one is important and there were lots of low readings.

Since you are still using v4 I was suggesting a NextPVR scan but if the stations sometimes work that won't be necessary. New version you'd want to scan with the HDHR app.
