Any chance of getting page navigation at the top of threads as well as the bottom ? 
If your using a mobile device and want to read a multi page thread it's extremely difficult to tap the last page number, most times you end up on page 1, then have to scroll to the bottom ofcthe page to be able to navigate to the last page. Gets annoying having to do this all the time, not to mention the time wasted.

Honestly, I don't think I have that sort of control over the forum software.

That's a shame,, it's extremely irritating since I mainly access the forum on a 8" tablet or a phone.
I know it's possible with phpBB forums but I'm not familiar with MyBB.

It appears to be theme related, if I change to the default theme (rather than the NPVR theme) the page numbers are at the top and bottom of the thread. Unfortunately the default theme isn't very nice to use.
