No the problem is almost always installation of the 64 bit decoder. It's not used with Kodi anyway.

Thanks. I assumed that since it now installed in the \Program Files directory instead of the \Program Files (x86) directory that it was now 64 bit.

The main NextPVR server runs 64bit. The desktop client, nextpvr.exe is 32bit though, so that I don’t have to maintain two versions of the directshow components.

I assumed they were referring to 32 bit since NextPVR.exe is 32 bit.

That's a 10 year old thread. Whatever you read there is probably well out of date, and probably not relevant any more.
