Motherboard with PCI slots available?

Are there any mobos available which have "old school" PCI slots as well as PCIe?

I'm building a new npvr server but I can't seem to find any current models - they're all PCIe only.

I looked to to support a ATSC/DVB modulator and could not find nothing newer then some Intel 10th gen B460 motherboards.

We are on the 5th gen of PCie though so it kind of makes sense that they are hard to find. If it is for an old tuner better to buy a new tuner.

Yes, just trying to decide if I'm going to make use of my old server case and pulling stuff out I've got 4x Nova-t 90002 cards. I thought it might be worth keeping a couple of them at least - obviously not.
