Thanks Martin, all good now. Been bouncing between Windows and Linux. That's why I keep a disc image backup for Windows.
I like Linux but Windows is a much better user experience for NextPVR.

I don't use NextPVR.exe so I don't see the difference and I can use much lighter devices in Linux. That is why this issue didn't get caught, I probably did 20 fressh installs on Linux, LibreELEC and Docker testing for sub this past week alone but none on Windows.
