None of your devices where available on startup the last time you started NextPVR so you can't record anything. Restart the service without rebooting if they show available it could be that NextPVR is starting before the tuners so you need to change the service to delayed startup. If on the device page they still show unavailable you might need to reinstall the Hauppauge drivers.
